Just go to http://submit.pandora.com and enter in the information requested.
If you are based in a country that does not offer Pandora (only available in U.S., Australia and New Zealand), you can contact Pandora at musicandcomedy@pandora.com or pandora-support@pandora.com and request they create an account for you.
There is no guarantee they will accept your music, the choice is at the sole discretion of their editorial team.
